“Ordered a lovely bag that was 60% off in the sale via click and collect from Bowness store. I received a phone call when my bag was ready to collect. Picked up from a very friendly assistant. The store was extremely well laid out with a huge amount of quality items on sale. My bag was presented to me in a lovely protected bag. I am very pleased with the quality and the whole process.”

“Wowsa! Had a fancy for a brightly coloured leather jacket, saw one in the sale, The Grasmere, £99.00 so ordered it. Free postage, arrived 2 days later, I could not be more pleased with it. Great fit, beautifully soft leather, looks fabulous on (no time for modesty in this beauty), splendid value for money.”

“Bought a med sized leather backpack (which is also a handbag and a shoulder bag) from the Keswick store. I absolutely love it. The best thing about it is the main compartment zip is against your back when used as a backpack. It'll be ideal when doing city breaks as it's very secure. The leather is of very good quality.I have many very expensive bags which are now redundant! I am extremely pleased though I guess you probably worked that out 😂🤣”
