“My husband treated me to an aviator-style sheepskin jacket for my birthday. Delivery was super speedy - the jacket arrived within 24 hours of ordering. Very good quality and fit. The only slight criticism is that colours when buying online are not always reliable. Although my jacket was correctly described as "charcoal grey", it looked more blue-ish in the online images.”

“Ordered the leather care kit for a biker jacket I was given for Christmas. The clean and protect set arrived really promptly Easy to apply and buff off Definitely recommend the products and now have a lovely jacket to wear that's protected. (Cleaning kit also includes protector and ink stain remover -hopefully I'll not need it!)”

I contacted the Ambleside store and they offered to go to the warehouse to get the next size down as they did not have one in stock. The lady in the store was superb and the service she provided was top notch. Excellent service and a credit to the company. I would thoroughly recommend the shop.”

It was a little creased on arrival and I revisited the website for some help with this, it was then that I noticed that the jacket had been further reduced and when I spoke to Customer Services about both issues I was given advice on the care of the leather and a refund on the price difference. I couldn't be happier with both the jacket and the service I received from Lakeland.”
