“The coat (Ravensworth in Chocolate Brown) is perfect. Lovely soft leather, warm and a gorgeous, rich dark brown colour. A special thank you goes to the staff of the York and Carlisle shops. My size wasn't in stock online so I telephoned the nearest retailer. They didn't have it either but the sales assistant kindly rang other shops and found one in the Carlisle branch. They made arrangements to post it out to me. Excellent customer service. Thank you.”
