“Ok - bought a spring jacket at the Keswick store in Jan 2020. During the summer I noticed a rip in the coat (not sure how it happened) - popped into the store in Aug 2021 (pandemic caused delays!). Got a credit note & bought a brilliant coat in Jan 2022 - thanks to Leonie & her team. Brilliant service as they could have said I caused the tear or delay in returning. So yes I recommend & will always go to Lakeland Leather!”

“I was very impressed with the very quick delivery and the packaging by Lakeland was 2nd to none - superb. The weekend bag is a gift for my sons birthday - 11th February - so he hasn’t received it yet. However, having seen and inspected the bag myself it is a really good quality leather and I am extremely pleased with my purchase as I know my son will be on receiving his gift.”

“Firstly, the bag ordered was attractive and nicely made but in no way a cross-body bag. I'm only 5ft 3, and the strap was not long enough for me. The second reason for 2 stars was the request to return the item using recorded delivery because "proof of posting was not proof of receipt". Every other company asks for proof of posting to be obtained so I took this as a veiled threat that Lakeland might deny receipt of the return regardless. I used recorded delivery but will not use this company again.”

“I have been wearing my leather coat with a hood on for a good few weeks now as the weather has been very chilly it fits like a glove and was true to size it is very warm and comfortable and wear it most days the pockets are very deep so that’s handy it has an antique classic type look to it and hope to get many years wear out of it although it feels like I have had it for years I honestly don’t know what more you could ask of a coat my wife has complemented on how good it looks and believe you me E.R. Indoors does not throw them around I also bought a leather kit to help prolong the leather I did think it was expensive but if I thought I needed two I would order another one today so don’t hang about get one now like me at 77 you will not regret it I wish I had got one earlier.
