“Leather jacket was excellent quality, couldn’t fault it! Unfortunately my choice felt too bulky for me. Whilst average height I am slightly built. It had to be returned. Jacket arrived boxed and well presented with protective coverings on zippers and buckles. Instructions for return and refund were straight forward, though the cost over £11 ( tracked mail as specified) has put me off a reorder. ( exchanged items up to £10 refund to cover postage ) . Full refund was prompt and within 24 hours of returning jacket.”

“I ordered a handbag whilst in America to click and collect, thinking it would take over a week. It arrived for collection the next day, I emailed saying I was unable to collect it and a friend would do so for me. I had a reply saying they had informed the store, my friend collected it with no problem. I haven't seen it yet but my friend says it is lovely soft leather so I am sure I will like it. I was very impressed with the prompt, courteous service I received. Well done Lakeland.”
