“The service i received from Lakeland Leather was second to none . It was so easy to scroll through the online goods and for someone that rarely places orders online this and the payment system was exceptional . I was emailed the day my goods were going to arrive but in fact they arrived a day early. They quality of the handbag and the boots that i purchased i was extremely pleased with . In fact it would only encourage me to place future orders . Please accept my sincere gratitude .. many thanks”

“I recently popped into the store whilst visiting York - hoping to get a pair of trousers. I found my trousers, plus 2 other pairs, 2 jumpers and a beautiful leather coat. I received excellent service - they even looked after my shopping for me whilst I walked the walls of York with my family! The next day my nephew and his wife went in and bought a leather jacket each. A highly recommended store - for their beautiful leather stock and their excellent service.”

“I didn't even receive the order as it was cancelled. I find it presposterous that air mailing is the only shipping option available for international sales given that the cleaning accessories are mainly aerosols. Perhaps it is time to start thinking about making such purchases possible.”

Hi Dan, We don't post orders via Road and Sea freight as they would simply take too long, so not an option we offer. We do state as the first line of the product description that aerosols are for Click and Collect orders only. Thanks

“I ordered a leather jacket for my wife over the phone - an easy and pleasant experience However I think you should change your courier from UPS as we should have received it Tuesday and it still has not arrived early afternoon on Thursday But happy to say it has arrived and the jacket is great”

“The best cross body bag I’ve ever found It is just the right size with just the right number of pockets. The two main zip compartments are very useful. The outer pocket is especially useful for hand sanitiser and phone both of which I find I need quickly. The most important thing I love about this bag is that it has strong rigid sides so that when all essentials are put in the bag it remains it’s lovely shape, now that is a bonus. So pleased with this lovely bag, I’ve been looking for years and now I’ve found it. Would highly recommend.”
