“Recently bought a faux sheepskin jacket for my daughter she was very pleased with the style and fit and especially pleased with the soft faux sheepskin lining. I was especially pleased with the price as it was much cheaper than similar items elsewhere.”

“We have recently purchased leather cleaning and renewal products as well as some hand bags in the recent sale. Absolutely delighted with the sale items which were excellent value, and the cleaning products have proved perfect for an aging shearling jacket. However, and no fault of Lakeland, the delivery via UPS was woeful in the extreme. Totally unbelievable delivery date was originally quoted for both packages, that then got delayed at short notice and then delayed further for several days. Time to look for a new delivery partner.”

“Excellent quality of leather and bags well made and finished off- Customer Services Manager was very good with me when I had an issue and it was sorted without fuss and promptly. Very good selection of bag sizes and types but I would love to see more bright colours and two-tone bags. Excellent delivery service as they use DPD who are good. I would highly recommend this company and am enjoying using the bag and purse I bought from them. Well done.”

“Ordered a beautiful leather biker jacket on line after trying one on in the shop but wanting a black one which wasn't available in store. The jacket arrived within 3 days and is really lovely..the jacket was a treat for myself after having a faux leather jacket which was past its best...its is a timeless luxury piece which I'm sure I will get many years from. The quality is excellent including the zips buttons and seams..thought I would only be able to wear it in summer but it is surprisingly warm and could get away with it on most evenings. The fit is perfect and it will go with pretty much any outfit..”

“Lakeland Leather is a brilliant company to deal with. I recently purchased a lovely quality leather jacket, fitted perfectly and made of soft good quality leather. However, the package was badly damaged by the delivery company and the jacket had a small cut on the front caused by the damage to the package. Lakeland immediately responded to my email and requested I send everything back to them. A few days later I received a replacement jacket. I can't fault the company at all, great sales service and very friendly staff. Well done, you are a credit to the industry! Everyone loves my jacket too!”
