“Brilliant service, package arrived safely and the jacket is beautiful. I've bought it for my partner for Christmas. The best thing is ,it's from Ambleside and we love Ambleside so this brough a tear to my eye when I received it. I spent many holidays as a child in the lake District with my brother and last year sadly lost him to suicide. So this coat I ordered means something even though it's not for me. The lady I initially spoke to in York was so helpful as my partner has two leather jackets from Lakeland. She helped me to decide on the best flying jacket for him. Thankyou for your service x”

“I absolutely LOVE my Lakeland Dearham Sheepskin Duffle Coat in Dark Brown. I’ve been wanting a good sheepskin coat for years however dithered about the price. I decided to take advantage of the Black Friday offers and actually went for a longer/more expensive style and I’m so glad I did. I’ve had the coat a couple of weeks and have worn it every time I leave the house. I love the fact that sheepskin regulates your temperature so no overheating! Fast delivery and we’ll packaged. Best purchase of 2022!”

“I haven't received my order of the 5th December yet but that wasn't Lakeland Leather it was DPD who have lost my parcel. This is the second parcel DPD have failed to deliver. I suggest that retailers no longer use this courier service as they don't DELIVER! Lakeland have kindly offered to replace so fingers crossed as this is a Christmas present!”
