Said it was delivered but never received the package of notification of where the parcel had been delivered to. Waiting to hear back from Lafantine on a follow up for this

We do apologise again for this nightmare. Despite shipping a replacement order, both appear to have been lost in transit somehow. We have issued you a full refund and hope you give us another try. We can assure you this is not to our standard and have complained to Royal Mail.
Ordered products as Christmas presents on 17th December, but still no sign of them. Contact at Lafantine not particularly helpful. This company no the most speedy for delivery, but this time it’s a joke.

Hi Anna, we are also very disappointed. We messaged you directly with our reply a couple of days ago. Royal Mail has had significant difficulties coping with the overload caused by the pandemic and the Christmas season. They have assured us they are catching up as quickly as possible. We are monitoring your order daily and can only apologise once more for this major inconvenience. If we have no result in the next few days we will get back in touch with you. Best wishes

Good evening, we apologise for the unacceptable delay. Royal Mail has really struggled this year and we are seeing extensive delays across both their 24 and 48-hour service. All our customers have been affected in various ways. I would offer to send you a replacement but as we are about to hit the Christmas break any shipments now won't arrive until late next week earliest. We will check again straight after Boxing Day to see if your delivery has arrived and if not will be happy to ship again or offer a refund. Once again, our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. I ordered the large ultra calming cleanser. On receipt of the product I noticed the seal was already broken and then realised it was special cleansing gel! Very poor, disappointing service. As a loyal dermalogica customer I won’t be returning to your online store.

I am gobsmacked!! I made an order which was delivered to a DPD Dropshop, not my address. When I called customer services after 10 minutes of trying to get the guy just to have parcel delivered to my address as it should have been in the first place he told me to F-off and used a few other choice swear words, then hung-up the phone on me. Absolutely appalling!
