Pleased with price & samples. However the plunge dispenser on the new Ultra Calming Cleanser failed to work. Substituted working plunger from old/empty Ultra Calming Cleanser & that very quickly blocked. Both new & old were blocked by very thick Cleansing substance, discovered when clear plastic tubing detached & washed. Now both work with water but not with cleanser. Does this indicate thickening substance during transit process?

I haven’t had any issues with my orders. Prices are very competitive and delivery is good. Just wish that the company would pay better attention to my sample requests. One naturally asks for samples that you haven’t tried and would like to buy but on two prior occasions I have been given samples of products that I have already ordered, understandably they may not have it in stock but I would hope to then receive a sample of a product they can see I have not ordered before.

Thanks for your feedback. We do indeed try to include different types of samples with our orders, although there is a deliberate element of randomness when nothing specific is requested. You have the option to specify samples when ordering. If we have them we will include them. Hope that helps

Good evening. Sadly, we share your frustration. Your parcel is currently held at Swedish customs waiting clearance. Your tracking details will keep you informed of its progress. Since Brexit, there have been extended delays as the new customs systems get established. We are hopeful things will improve, but do apologise for the inconvenience.
Always buy from Lafantine, competitive pricing. However on a recent occasion the delivery was slow and the link to the royal mail website was not showing the tracking of my delivery. The person answering the call at Lafantine was generally unhelpful and dismissive.

Thank you for your feedback. Our choice or Royal Mail 48 as our main carrier has mostly benefits for our clients but also, occasionally, some disadvantages. It is possible to track all our parcels with Royal Mail, however, they only publish timings of despatch and delivery. The journey in between is not updated and can sometimes prove a little frustrating if Royal Mail is not delivering as fast as normal. With the combination of the pandemic impact, Black Friday/Christmas season some deliveries are unfortunately taking longer than usual and Lafantine employees do not have additional Royal Mail transit information available.
Arrrived on time, fantastic. Disappointed that spent £76+ and only two sachet samples. Neither of which my partner uses, also sad to see FREE postage and packing is only £75+, when it was half of that, 5 weeks ago, WHY??????

Good evening, Thanks for your feedback. Sorry you were disappointed with our service. I checked our logs and confirm we delivered everything correctly. Samples are randomly selected unless you make a specific request at the time of ordering (guidelines on how to do that in the 'Free Samples' section on our website. Dermalogica wants us to give you samples you wouldn't necessarily consider trying. The whole point is to encourage experimentation or to share samples with other family/friends. Can I also reassure you that you were not charged for shipping? Our free shipping in the UK kicks in at £45 and you were well over that minimum. This has not changed for approximately one year. I recieved my order yesterday. Everything was there as ordered, but I´m not satisfied with the fact that the security seal of two of the packages was broken. Does that mean that the products has been used?

I was disappointed with the free samples that I received. 2 small sachets of the same cleanser and a sponge. Given that I was already buying a cleanser, I thought it might have been good to try something else.

Everything went great with this website. The only let down was the package it looked quite bashed about the box in which my product was I almost thought it looked like it had been opened but luckily there was a seal which was intact.

My order was processed and delivered timeously. I spent 417 pounds!! Unfortunately the prices I paid were much higher than the competition and considering the amount spent there was no free gift. The competition has a standing offer of free gift with purchase of 70 pounds. This was communicated to the owner by email. But there was no change

Good afternoon Fatima, we are really sad that you were disappointed with the lack of free gifts and that you felt you could get our products cheaper elsewhere after purchasing from us. We regularly offer discount vouchers via our mailing list and also exceed the minimum free sample guidelines for our customers. We offer extra gifts as and when Dermalogica run the promotions themselves. We do see other websites offer more gifts but this is usually subsidised by you paying higher prices. Although the website stipulated "Double Free Samples" the package only contain one sample envelope. I would also have thought that as the order was only short by a few pounds from the £80 or over free gift offer and as we have been long standing customers the few pounds would have been wavered and a free gift sent as a good will gesture. With regards postage and packaging this was excellent as always and could not be faulted. But in general I feel that our associated with Lafantine is coming to an end!

Whilst the service and products are good, you have a very deceptive of showing the pricing without VAT which is misleading and give the impression that your products than other suppliers, which it is obviously not. I cannot therefore recommend you to other people.

Hi Vivian, sorry you felt it was slow. You ordered at 22:30 on 4th August and we shipped 2nd class on 5th. You signed for it the morning of the 8th. This is fairly normal for 2nd class. We do have a 1st class option you can select for £3 if you wish. Best wishes Francisco
I have been buying my dermalogica from daily grooming and now Lafantine for over a year now. This is a great company to deal with delivery is excellent and prices are always competitive. I love the free samples.
