“I needed a pat to repair my exisiting loft ladder and the company that had made it had been taken over and no longer supplied the parts. I sent Ladderstore a request and pictures of the broken part and they were able to find an alternative part that fitten my ladder. Fast response and excellent customer service. Highly recommended. Thank you.”

“The Latter was delivered on time, as specified, well packaged and is a great product. The extra stabilizer bar I ordered works well but is a little frustrating in that the ladder can no longer be locked together when being stowed (as the bar gets in the way). However this is a attribute of the manufactures design not the Ladder store.”

“The product purchased (Telesteps 60324 Telescopic Loft Ladder for Small Hatch Sizes) was delivered the day following placement of my order. It matched the detailed specification of the product on the web site exactly. It was easy to fit requiring only small modification of the hatch opening. The Telesteps loft ladder is a high quality strong and sturdy ladder which proves to be money well spent. The order transaction and delivery service from Ladderstore was excellent.”
