“I required next-day delivery for my order, however, I clicked regular Royal Mail when placing it. Following my email asking if I could change postage I received a response within the hour and the following day an email to say the item had been dispatched. I received it the next day. Excellent customer service, highly recommend.”

“I am not sure what to write since I am still waiting for my refund of the backpack that I had to return because it did not arrive on time even though it was ordered early. The bags are well made. STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND. ONLY POSTAGE WAS REFUNDED.”
