“Great product, logistics soon”

“Item is shipped outside of UK, so to Ireland from NL??, it's a cute trick to avoid taxes and charges for shipping into the EU so ethics???the customer service is very poor there is no interest in you as a customer at all, just a simple 'get lost' response, the information on the web site is ambiguous to say the least - Don't shop here!”

Many thanks for your feedback. Our products are shipped from the UK and all follow the correct taxation protocols. We did explain that the logistics service used is a partner of the Dutch Postal services and sometimes consignments destined outside of the UK may sort at their hub in the Netherlands before forwarding to the destination country.

“Hi I purchased long gloves . The quality were great just didn’t match my gown. I went to return but it was 30.00 to ship more than the original glove cost. Should be a place within the states to return items . Donna”
