“After receiving my order of Beginnings beaded T-bar necklace, I was thoroughly disappointed. It was £100 and looked extremely cheap and clearly wasn't solid silver. I would nt have even paid £5 for it from a market stall! I telephoned to complain and ask for a refund. My call was answered politely and I promptly received a returns label. My refund was given promptly together with an apology that I had been disappointed with my order.”

“Awful from start to finish. Despite paying for the delivery service, for 5-7 working day delivery. I was waiting 4+ weeks. No correspondence via phone or email what so ever. I chased my parcels several times., and pretty much got fobbed off each time. Eventually enough was enough and I wanted a refund, however they then managed to get me a new parcel sent out in a day - After over four weeks of chasing. Wouldn’t recommend.”

“Delivery was on time and arrived in perfect condition. I bought the Obviously FreeMan AnatoFREE Boxer for my boyfriend and whilst they...ahem...hold things a little different than what he’s used to, he says they are comfy. He’s fussy enough for me to know if he’s not happy, so can’t say much more than that. I’m going to buy another pair.”

“To be honest I haven’t received my package at all! I have no idea why it’s taking 20 plus days for me to receive it but it’s really crazy. I’ve order from all brands Macy’s,Nike, Foot Locker & it never took this long. I’ve been patient for some time now. I’m really about to ask for a refund if I don’t receive my package by Monday-Tuesday”
