“Everything online worked smoothly. The website says 5-7 working days for delivery. It took my item closer to 15 days to arrive which had me a bit concerned. However the emails I sent querying the delay were promptly answered.”

“Ordered a watch pad for stackers jewellery box. Product was as expected. Service was outstanding as I received a phone call to say the item was going to be delayed and asked if I would like to wait or receive a refund , normally companies send impersonal email or make you contact some busy phone line to be informed of delays.”

There wasn’t a need of any additional cost, which was great, and I loved how the source of communication was played out.
