“I bought a beautiful Roka bag online. There was a blip and although I paid for speedy delivery price it just showed standard delivery. I emailed company,very quickly got a response saying thank you for pointing this out and assuring bag would be speedily dispatched. I got emails confirming dispatch and bag received very quickly. Customer service was impressive. Bag was perfect.”
