“Extremely helpful! When I ordered the ties and pocket squares for my wedding they were out of stock but I was kept up to date and once dispatched, my order arrived very quickly. Great customer service and certainly would use them again for work ties!”

Thank you for your review. We're terribly sorry to see your order encountered some delays in customs clearance / delivery process. Sadly, it does seem covid implementations are slowing some processes down in Ireland but we will update our advice accordingly.

“The overall service, delivery and communication were good. It's just the attention to detail which left something to be desired. You spelled my surname wrong on the delivery label and indeed on this request for feedback. You also put the necklace the wrong way round in the presentation box so on opening it my wife was presented with just the chain not the lace effect. Bit disappointing!”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear the item was not correctly presented in the box - I will inform the warehouse of this. I must stress that the surname on your shipping label and review request would be exactly as you had entered into the website at the time you placed the order.

Thank you for raising this to our attention - I can see the package was delivered on the 12th Aug and is within the advised delivery times. We do have to provide these longer delivery times for orders to Australia due to covid implementations slowing down customs clearance and causing flight cancellations.
