“Only down side is having to initially cover cost of postage for returns. I want to exchange necklace for longer version and hoping on receipt of the return the process will be straight forward”

“I as very pleased with the titanium necklace i bought, its really good qulity and looks lovely. My partner loved it. My only issue is that it came in a plastic bag in a box that was not great. I thought it might have come in a nicer looking box, especially considering the price I paid which was nearly £100. But overall I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you.”
