“There was a delay getting the bracelet. In the end the company had to send me a new bracelet, next day delivery. The people I spoke to were very pleasant and helpful. Bracelet nice.”

“A wonderful shopping experince and a very friendly and prompt communication. The cuff links I ordered are exactly how I expected them to be. Tracing of shipment and delivery went easily. There was only an issue with British and EU VAT (due to Brexit I assume), but this has been fixed immediately after contacting the customer support.”

We're terribly sorry to hear your order took longer than expected to arrive, unfortunately the new COVID strain was found in the UK at the time the order was placed and with regret, some orders did experience some delays leaving the UK at that time. All caps should be boxed for protection, we will contact you via private message to confirm the issues experienced with the packaging.

“So disappointed. This order was predicted to arrive two days before Christmas, it didn't arrive until well into January. When I opened it I discovered the little pendant was so tiny you couldn't see any detail, it's less than the size of a pea. Terrible value for money, huge amount of time to arrive and despite an email saying track your delivery there was no tracking number provided, the link in the email was unresponsive. It was supposed to come by courier but came by Postal service. I will never buy from this shop again and would not recommend it to anyone”

The measurements of this item is provided on the product details page. but we do offer a returns service if the item is unsuitable.
