“I was ordering a briefcase to replace an exact replica of one i already had. Unfortunately the one i received was not as good/nicely finished as the one i was replacing but the service (delivery etc) was fine.”

“Ordered over a month ago and still have had no updates on the website. I talked to customer support and they said to expect it by Saturday, which it still hasnt turned up. Would not recommend.”

Hi Thankyou for your review. Your order was placed on the 11th August and shipped on the 12th August. As per our shipping guidelines, shipping to New Zealand is between 5-7 working days so your order should not have been with you any later than the weekend. We will message you privately to confirm if this has now been received. It may be the order has become lost in the post and we can discuss possible options. Our apologies that is hasn’t been delivered within our recommended guidelines.

“Initially I ordered a present for my husband to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary through Amazon. I received an email from KJ Beckett to say the manufacturer had changed the design slightly and I was welcome to cancel and get a full refund, this I did. I then went directly to their site and found a similar item whic I ordered. It arrived really quickly so still in time for our anniversary and it was perfect. In future I will use their site directly.”
