“So disappointed. This order was predicted to arrive two days before Christmas, it didn't arrive until well into January. When I opened it I discovered the little pendant was so tiny you couldn't see any detail, it's less than the size of a pea. Terrible value for money, huge amount of time to arrive and despite an email saying track your delivery there was no tracking number provided, the link in the email was unresponsive. It was supposed to come by courier but came by Postal service. I will never buy from this shop again and would not recommend it to anyone”

Many thanks for your review. I can see your order was placed after the deadline advised for Christmas delivery, the shipping method selected for this order was a standard service. The measurements of this item is provided on the product details page. but we do offer a returns service if the item is unsuitable.

“I bought it as a Christmas gift and the person absolutely loves it. Can never go wrong with an item made in Britain (after the Chinese take over of “made in Italy“ label). It’s a wonderful assurance that the quality of “made in Britain” is still upheld. Than you!”
