“On my business trips to Moscow, I use only Kiwitaxi. Except transfer from the airport, I book a driver for the whole day to take me to my meetings. They have first-class cars and the best drivers that also speak very good English. First time I was so afraid I get lost in that big country, but the customer support and the local dispatcher got me through my booking process very smoothly, I didn't have to call the driver etc.”

He met me with the nameplate and was at requested meeting point on time. The car was luxury E class, clean and new. I enjoyed the process of booking and the ride itself. “Thanks for the best service I have ever seen. I booked a transfer from Barcelona Airport to my hotel and chose an economy car. But nevertheless, they gave me a brand new car with a driver in a white shirt. He told me a lot about the city while we were going to my hotel, was polite and calm. So in this trip I got no stress at all.”

“Hi, I used Kiwitaxi Service two times. The first was in Spain (my first trip to another country alone), the second was Dubai (came there with my family). To be honest, I did not expect anything from it. But it was amazing! Both times the driver contacted me via Whatsapp and met right when I received the luggage! In Spain, the driver helped me find the main entrance to my hotel (I was kinda lost there). In Dubai we firstly met a person with our nameplate. He was in a white short and talked with us very politely. The driver was asking whether the car is comfortable for us or shall they turn on air-conditioner. I recommend the service to people who travel alone or with the family. They always help and provide different-size cars.”

“I was a bit apprehensive to use their services but ended up pleasantly surprised. The car was clean and in good shape inside and out. Not only was the driver on time but was accommodating my wish to keep the windows closed since I had caught a really bad cold the previous day and I was really sick. Even though the drive from Luxor to Hurghada was long, it was a very smooth, efficient and hasslefree ride and we only stopped for a short toilet break. The ride itself is a lot more interesting than what I’d expected. I’ve never been to the desert – this part of the Egyptian desert at least, has a lot more of a diverse and changing landscape than I thought. The driver himself spoke enough English to carry a simple conversation and was polite, respectful and proper – something I’d been a bit concerned about as a single female traveller – asking for my permission to smoke. At times he would point out and explain things of interest to me or ask me simple questions about myself. At no time during the entire trip did I feel unsafe or in any way worried or concerned for my well-being. I arrived safely and at my intended time at my destination. I’ve never used Kiwi taxi before but would not hesitate to use them again in the future since this was a very good experience and they cost half of what I would have had to pay for if I’d have booked this trip with my local travel agent.”
