“The driver was on time and very helpful. He drove very efficiently and got us to the airport promptly. The car was very comfortable and clean.”

“Easy to book, precise on time, ok car. But, we paid the agreed fee to the driver when we arrived, and through all was good. The day after we had an issue with the company, that the driver forgot to get the money, and that we therefor should pay. The driver changed explanation a couple of times and then we did not hear anymore. So if you choose to use Kiwitaxi, always remember to get a receipt for payment.”

Did you pay in cash to the driver and then he asked you to pay again, is that right? Could you give us more details about this situation?
