“Before speaking to Jerry, I tried several other brokers who gave competitive bridging loan estimates. Jerry beat their best quotes, I had reservation and thought that the rate may increase as the process was nearing completion. Jerry stuck to his quote and advised on the best solution, even though the lender had some reservations and doubts that the loan can be repaid within its term limit.”

“I recently use KIS Finance to get me out of a sticky situation. The house refurbishment project I was doing had over run by 2 months and was over budget by tens of thousands of pounds. The existing Bridging loan product was due to end and if it overran would incur heavy penalties. I searched for a new bridging product and fortunately found KIS finance. I spoke with Jerry Matthews and explaining the situation and the urgency of refinancing the project with another bridging loan product. After about 1 hour he had searched the whole market and found a very good product and agreed an offer in principle. Two weeks later my financial nightmare was over. I cannot thank Jerry and KIS finance enough for their excellent service and speedy response. Jerry was extremely calming, reassuring and very responsive throughout the whole process.
