Hi Victoria, Thank you for your feedback - we use both Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 as standard, and they usually provide an estimated delivery timeframe and a text to notify you of this on the day of the delivery. I'm sorry if in this instance it didn't happen. Thanks Neil
