Awful awful company. They deserve minus stars. I booked an attraction via their app for my sons Birthday in July... Nowhere in the booking process or on their app or in the T&C's did it mention a time limit as to when the tickets had to be used by. Anyway I went ahead and booked the tickets and upon receiving my confirmation email it states that I have 30 days to use the tickets! Absolutely useless to me. I tried taking to them but... Chocolate tea pot springs to mind! They completely lack any kind of empathy, customer sevice or people skills. They put all blame onto the attraction, even though I booked through them, using their app, their offer... Their logo plastered all over the web pages during the entire booking process πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ not their fault apparently! They literally could not take an ounce of accountability, even after I screenshotted absolutely everything from their app and process where nothing, anywhere states they had to be used within 30 days πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈhonestly, beware of this con company run by rude monkeys.... My 7 year old son has better manners and people skills than this lot. I will be sure to use other companies in future... Even if I have to pay more, I'm happy to do that knowing I will receive even the standard level of customer service. Please train your staff better, it might do wonders for your current disgusting company πŸ‘
