KIDSPASS - Beware of auto membership renewal - No prior notice of membership ending or that they were going to take the yearly fee. I thought I had cancelled as I had the ‘You currently have no saved cards’ which implies they are not able to take money from your account…but payments are taken and NO REFUND given.
Cancellation is only done by email, no way to cancel via mobile app. Kidspass is a complete scam avoid at all costs! One of the dodgiest companies I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.
AVOID… AVOID… AVOID.
