“order placing was straight forward with only two days camping to assess the tent everything seems fine. Follow up communication could only be prompted by email which did get prompt responses no telephone access possible which was very frustrating.
Delivery took longer than expected and the packaging was poor for such an heavy item the box was coming apart”
“Great tent.
Two remarks:
1e Lacking a adapter piece, tent door can therefore not be used to close the extension canopy.
2e Sleeping areas are missing a small purse for glasses, mobile phone or things like that.
Have done only a test on erecting the complete tent and could not find any flows for manufacturing faults.
I am looking forward for the carpet which is sold out at the moment.

“Please don’t misunderstand. But I am no expert and expect someone to sort your website in such a manner that one feels helped. If I buy, which I have, I expect to be told what extras I need in order to join a motor home to a drive away awning. O n something like: “if you buy this you will need……. Which is NOT included. “ the two items I bought are superb but unusable without the necessary attachment. You need to be a bit more savvy. Likewise, if you are making an updated tent, you really must have an up to date video of how to erect it. Send I ding me a link of a “similar” older model is not helpful and shows a lack of care for your customers.”
“My original question regarding ordering a new Khyam XL Driveaway Awning was answered quickly. However, I also asked about protecting it from the sun and using a money off code I had been sent - neither of these questions were answered! We needed the replacement awning in a hurry so I ordered it anyway, paying extra to ensure delivery - and, fortunately, it arrived in good time.
We are very pleased with the new awning, which has several clear improvements on our previous one. We just reached year 6 on our old one - the fabric having been thinned by sunlight. Hopefully this one will serve us as well.”
“Excellent product, really spacious with plenty of storage for wet gear. Super quick to put up and down. Worth getting the footprint groundsheet too which, although delivered in a separate package, does fit in the tent bag.

I ordered and paid for a tent in March for delivery in June, the tent arrived 2nd week of August.
The communication from Khyam was not very good and no compensation was offered.”
“Bought a screen hub from Khyam and must say well happy with my purchase must admit it’s our first outing with it but up to yet been amazing so easy to put up even though they don’t supply instructions this is a easy addition & should be supplied but we managed it with a bit of initiative, We are in Cornwall at the moment been windy & raining awning has been spot on.!!
That impressed put name down for a bedroom annex for it 👌😎
