“Bought the family 6 with steel poles. Great service, tent arrived within a few days. Not used it yet but have partly errected it (garden not quite big enough, it's huge!) in the garden and seems fine. Can't wait to use it next year! Only downside is the weight but that's to be expected with steel poles, luckily they come in their own storage bag so can store them separately making it easier to handle. Overall would definitely recommend”

“Recently purchased a new 'Biker plus' to replace our old 'Biker' that had finally given up and began to leak after 11,(yes 11,) years of hard use in both the UK and all over Europe. The tent had suffered no failure to any part of its construction, it had just began to leak at a seam. (We needed a taller tent anyway as we're not getting any younger.) Well worth every penny spent on that one and I have no reason to doubt that the quality of the new one will be anything different. We will know for certain in a few days. But I'm not worried, buy quality, and you buy peace of mind.”

As for the product...manufacturing standards are top notch.....nice stitching...zips work faultlessly.
Spent a few days away with the tent and on one particular day/evening we had rain....happy to report that not a drop entered the tent.
I was going to fashion my own Footprint....but later relented and went back to Khyam to purchase the purpose made one for the "Biker Tent Plus"....again top notch service and the product is very well made and strong.....far better than anything I could have cobbled together.
If you are looking at this tent have no doubts about quality or customer care.

“Really please with this purchase. Having no camping experience, I was looking for an easy essemble tent for the whole family. Not only was erecting very simple and quick, it was a doddle to take down and fitted back in the bag.
The only surprising thing was the size and weight of the tent when packed away (it's heavy).”
“Delivery was very quick.
Sadly the tent had been packed badly, trapping the fabric in the hinge mechanism.
When we opened the tent for the very first time the trapped fabric tore, creating a 100mm hole in the brand new tent.
The repair material is self adhesive but isn't very sticky and has started to peel after a few days in use.
Not my first Kyham tent and won't be my last but clearly quality and packing isn't up to scratch at the moment.”
“We are absolutely thrilled with our Quick Erect Hexadome awning and the excellent customer service we have received. We pre ordered the awning package in February this year with an expected delivery date of May/June. Due to problems with deliveries outside of their control ( Suez Canal hold up ) Khyam notified us the delivery would be delayed. We were kept up to date and although disappointed it did not arrive in time for a long trip away we managed to work around it by relatives delivering it to our destination and Khyam offering us a discount.
The awning was easy to erect although the written assembly instructions were missing. We were however able to download them from the internet.
Part of the package was an LED lighting system which was missing. Khyam were very apologetic and dispatched it immediately to our holiday destination along with a copy of the instructions.
We have attached the awning to our Caravan so ended up ordering some Kador tape and using the figure of 8 rods supplied by Khyam to enable us to easily detach the awning.
The awning is just superb. So well made and very sturdy. It is attractive to look at and so light and spacious inside. We really like the 6 large window panels , all have fly screens and 3 of which have also have clear plastic. The roof also has additional fold down panels. There are 3 opening door panels including the one which we access the caravan. The canopies over each section ensure the awning panels stay dry and protected.
I cannot praise the awning highly enough. It is just perfect.
The lighting system is superb too and provides us with lots of decent light in the evenings and it is great being able to control the colour etc with a dial.
Would highly recommend this awning and Khyam !!”
