The tent is amazing and great quality for the price. My biggest problem is there were no instructions at all. I know it’s a fast setup tent but I had to YouTube it to find out how to get started. Once I’d done it, I then knew it was easy but they could have included some get started instructions

Itis too heavy for a seventy six year old, crippled by neuro sarcoidosis and arthritis to try to assemble the unit on his own apart from some assisstance from my completelyincompetent blind dog who does his very best too take on the duties of a competant trained sseamen working tottally blind, I expectedat least some basic tuition, but non was anywhere in sight, so we just got on with task ahead of us. THE MOVING FINGER WRITES AND HAVING WRIT MOVES ON, NOR ALL THY PIETY NOR WHIT CAN MOVE IT BACK TU CANCEL HALF A LINE OF IT {passage from rubyATT BY OMAR khyam

How can I give a review if the package still haven't arrived. I am looking forward to the tent. So we can try it out. Can't answer the other questions how the delivery will be.

recieved the tent swiftly, however you have not sent us the roof liner in the bundle we purchased. I have emailed twice to chase this up with no reponse yet

Not any instructions on how to erect this Awning, quite disappointed over this as we bought this because it appeared a simple job to put it up. But without a guide it was harder than expected. But now we have erected it once or twice it is becoming clearer, but at your price I would have thought a set of instructions would help, for example you include accessories once of which is a joint, how on earth can we replace a joint when we don’t know how to. Its fine for you working with them everyday, but us novices will struggle. So get your act together and remember, no customers, no company!!!! By the way, the Awning itself appears to be what we wanted but you have let us down badly…….

Hi James, We’re glad the product is what you wanted, but sorry the instructions weren’t included with the awning. We can’t see if you’ve tried contacting us or not, but all instructions are available to download from the website as a PDF. These have detailed images to show the stages. If you’d like to download or send us a message, we can forward these onto to you.

I ordered a tent from Khyam and it has been shipped to my address in the Netherlands within 9 days. So far everything has been arranged very well. The only thing that was not clearly displayed on Khyam's website is that there is still a (significant) amount of import duties to be paid. This was an unpleasant surprise to me. I still accepted the order with these import duties, because I have good experiences with Khyam. But the website could be more transparent.

Very easy to erect, although no instructions. However said I was 2021 version - QA was signed 2019! Put up to check everything it rained and there were a couple of pints of water pooled inside. Not happy

Made a purchase of a tent with 20% off. Easy purchase, quick delivery. But on opening the box we found the pole bag was split causing the poles to fall out. No joy with customer services so far despite emails and Facebook messages being sent. I appreciate staff are furloughed but they were quick enough to take our order and process it. Very disappointed with the after care/ customer service. All we would like is a replacement bag. Will think twice before recommending khyam.

Haven't had chance to it it up yet but I read it as if there was an optional inner tent included and if it wasn't included why did it not offer it as part of a package deal along with the under ground sheet and the inner carpet that we brought

Haven't recieved my items, something went wrong with the courier they have been keeping me up dated though. Was coming with one, then said it would be with TNT but haven't recieved either yet

Delivery arrived later than expect. Poor communication with delivery. Had no idea when it was arriving. Paid for express delivery and didn't receive the order until 5 days afterwards.

The whole process of purchasing online the website was easy and quick. The delivery wasn't as straight forward. No note to say they tried to deliver and no email clearly stating two deliveries. Also part of it is missing as they had ran out and I'm still waiting for them to confirm delivery of my roof liner.

Delivery of my new Khyam was a surprise! I did not receive a despatch email. This could have caused a problem. This is honest feedback rather than a complaint.

I am disappointed to hear that the parts needed for my 4 yr old awning are now obsolete, which means my £900 + investment for my family holidays for the future is not an investment after all.it looks like I may have to buy a new awning sometime soon but don't think it will be Khyam if this type of thing can happen.

Tried to call spares Department as directed by website. No answer and no response phone message or e mail. I eventually made contact with someone in admin department who put me through to the right person who was able to supply the part I was after. This is in contrast to my previous experience with contacting Khyam (I have three of their products) which were positive and quickly responded to. I get the feeling there's less staff around..... Maybe there are on holiday

I found ordering over the phone quite challenging - it was often hard to get an answer and people did not always call back as promised.
