I contacted Khyam and was told that it is not possible because i didn't keep the package it was delivered in and i erected the tent in my garden only once for 2 minutes ! I have to be honest & say that i didn't read the return policy before buying the tent

“Please don’t misunderstand. But I am no expert and expect someone to sort your website in such a manner that one feels helped. If I buy, which I have, I expect to be told what extras I need in order to join a motor home to a drive away awning. O n something like: “if you buy this you will need……. Which is NOT included. “ the two items I bought are superb but unusable without the necessary attachment. You need to be a bit more savvy. Likewise, if you are making an updated tent, you really must have an up to date video of how to erect it. Send I ding me a link of a “similar” older model is not helpful and shows a lack of care for your customers.”
“Absolutely outstanding service, on discovering our tent was part of a package after purchase, I contacted Khyam. They were more than happy to honour this package and added it to our order. The tent is amazing quality we used it and the accessories this last weekend on a mini camping break and was blown away with the ease of pitching it and the over all quality of it.”

This product was ordered on 31 Dec 2020 and did not arrive until May 2021.
Whilst I understand that it was a pre-order I find it totally unacceptable that the money for this was taken at the time of order rather than on dispatch as happens with most reputable companies. When delay after delay occurred, communication was sparse (at best) and no compensation was offered. Very disappointed with the customer service.”
“I ordered a tent from Khyam and it has been shipped to my address in the Netherlands within 9 days. So far everything has been arranged very well. The only thing that was not clearly displayed on Khyam's website is that there is still a (significant) amount of import duties to be paid. This was an unpleasant surprise to me. I still accepted the order with these import duties, because I have good experiences with Khyam. But the website could be more transparent.”
