“It is with immense pleasure that I write this review of recommendation and recognition for Jay and Hayley at Keystones Property, Romford with whom we have maintained a professional /customer relationship over the last 3 months in our journey on purchasing our property. Helpful and efficient customer service started from the moment I enquired about a property that I saw advertised on Rightmove. Jay was able to not only take my call on the day but managed to book me in and was flexible with my timings. Jay is not your typical agent who is pushy and very time conscious because they have back-to-back bookings. Jay had great knowledge of the area and the property and was able to answer all questions and let the property sell itself. He allowed us ample of time in the property to take it in and assess for ourselves if it was right for us. After making an offer the work behind the scenes with this company started from the get-go and we were kept informed at each stage till the offer was accepted. We were then passed over to Hayley who was exceptional and quick to resolve issues and to move the process along. You always hear stories where the process is delayed due to the various parties not effectively communicating. This was not the case in my experience as Hayley orchestrated the communication with both conveyancers and the mortgage broker involved. She returns all our phone calls and emails on the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. We have found this company to be enthusiastic, caring, thoroughly competent, knowledgeable and very approachable.
