“Great communication from everyone I dealt with. Helen replied to all emails straight away , helped us find new solicitors straight away when the old ones did not want to take our case on , helped us chase new solicitors every step of the way. Libby kindly showed us the house twice as we couldn’t both (me and husband) view the house at the same time . They patiently waited for the mortgage offer which took a while to come through Would recommend 100% . We had some bad luck before with other agencies not being transparent and this was not the case at all with this agency .”
