“From start to finish, Keystones offered a top-quality service when selling our apartment in Harold Wood. Every member of the team is extremely knowledgeable and offers a superb level of customer service, always available to answer questions and provide advice on the process. Our sale was made more complex due to the buyer being based outside of the UK, but the team at Keystones helped us seamlessly navigate the process and move us from listing to completion without any large delays. We interacted with several members of the team throughout the sale and were extremely impressed by their professionalism and customer first attitude. A special thanks to: - The owner of the company Scott and manager Chris who we first interacted with when listing the property. It was out first time selling a property, but they made us feel at ease by explaining the process in detail and setting our expectations. Both were always available and on hand in case they needed to step in to answer questions or expedite anything - The sales agent Sam coordinated the viewings of our property with potential buyers. He consistently ensured we were made aware well in advance of the timings of viewings and provided excellent, detailed feedback after people viewed the property. The high-quality video of the apartment that Jay, Sam and the rest of the sales team created helped us in getting many people interested in the property and was what attracted our buyer to view - Finally, Gemma in Sales Progression diligently moved us from STC to completion without any issues. The process was very well managed throughout, despite some complexities and this was largely down to Gemma's brilliant communication and organisation skills. I would 100% recommend Keystones for anyone looking to sell their property in the Havering areas. We have dealt with several other agents in the area when viewing other properties for purchase and Keystones customer-centric approach really made them stand out from the competition”
