I can’t thank Katie enough for all her support over the past two years of our tenancy. She has always been there whenever we needed help: kind, understanding, and so quick to sort things out. We always felt reassured knowing she was just an email or call away, and she really went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. We are also grateful to Libby and Sam for their help and incredible support at the very beginning of the tenancy, making the whole move in process so seamless. We will truly miss being under Keystones Management, as we have never experienced support like this before.
