“I sold my property through Keystones in Feb 2017 when I relocated to Scotland, however due to significant life events since I moved I have only just now been able to compose a review. Having hosted a number of other local agents, I was recommended Keystones by a local businessman, and drawn to various factors, not least the independent nature of the company and the impression they cared about their clients. This was evident from my initial meeting, via my agent Chris of whom I found to be polite, courteous, as well as professional from inception to completion. Chris understood my rationale when discussing pricing of the property, and the quality of prospective buyers was evidence to Keystones client and customer base. The result was an inception to final offers within 4 weeks and a completion sale within 6 months (the delay of which was not the fault of the agent). When considered against the backdrop of market volatility caused by the Brexit referendum this was exceptional. In closing I would add having met the owner Scott, it doesn’t surprise me that despite my somewhat delayed review, Keystones are going from strength to strength, and thus they come with my complete recommendation. Thank you both once again for all your help.”

“Keystones in Collier Row act as a team and, even during the pandemic, whoever answered the phone could keep me updated on the sale of our property. They arranged multiple viewings and we had an offer within days of the house being marketed. This first sale did not go ahead during the early stages of the Covid pandemic, but Keystones were on the ball and quickly re-advertised and, once again, a buyer was secured within days. We were kept fully informed through the whole process, and had access to our file - day or night - to see how things were progressing. I would like to thank Adil, Ross, Jay and Will and the lovely young lady who always greeted me with a smile when I came into the office. I would throughly recommend Keystones and of course I would use them again.”
