“As always I was impressed with the client service, from being greeted with a friendly welcoming manner, offered a drink on arrival, to Emmanuel's quality hair cut and friendly approach. You excel in creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere, with exceptional stylists and great receptionists. I am continually recommending your salon to friends and will continue to do so.”

“At my last appointment, the stylist I was booked in with was off sick. I got a very prompt phone call and was offered an appointment only very slightly later. Friendly service and a very good cut - thank you!”

“Great service and a super hair cut. Morgan cut and blow dried my hair and I was super happy with the result. The experience was very laid back and relaxing and Morgan didn't seem rushed at all as often happens in Salons. Will definitely go back. Many thanks - Liz”

“I really enjoy having my hair cut at this salon. The staff are friendly and approachable and it has a great atmosphere. The hairdressers are professional and listen to what you want but also offer their expert opinions. I will definitely be going back.”

“Anjelica was delighted with the result of her relaxation treatment with Maria. She will certainly come again, probably during the Christmas period. The mix-up over her appointment date was unfortunate, and was probably not our fault (we were all sitting together round the table when she phoned to make the booking). Next time we will phone to confirm the arrangement before setting out. Best regards, Brian Cleaver.”

“I really enjoyed my visit to the salon. The stylist really listened and seemed genuinely interested in what I wanted. She gave me good advice and I have had lots of positive comments on the colour and cut. If there are any negatives I didn't like the coffee - it was bitter.”

“I've been visiting Anne Veck's salon for many years now and every time, I am extremely pleased with my hair. All staff are incredibly friendly, professional and talented, putting in a tremendous amount of effort and creativity to make their customers happy. Both Tia and Emmanuel are superb, fun to chat to and very talented! Thank you for your patience with my long, thick hair and making me a very happy customer each time I visit!”

“Very expensive for the service I received - £49 for a basic hair cut. I wasn't shown the back of my head or offered a finishing product so although the blow-dry was excellent it didn't last 5 minutes.”
