“I have been a regular customer at Anne Veck for many years; Tia is absolutely excellent, I have always been happy with my cut and she is the reason I come back. The recent revamp of the premises in St Clements has improved the experience as well. One comment for improvement; I do not get consistent treatment when my hair is washed (always by different junior staff) - sometimes I get shampoo, conditioner and a head massage: other times I get just the shampoo. I assume that I should be getting consistent service if I am paying the same price each time. Overall though, Anne Veck is an excellent establishment and I have often recommended it to friends and will continue to do so (it was recommended to me by a friend).”

“Nice hairdresser. Good at understanding when I did not want to talk, talking when i did, good headmassage, and very efficient haircut. The only drawback is that the haircut only looks good for a few weeks, would be nice with a bit more planning in the hairstyle”

“I had kerastraight, and I am very satisfied. The staff are great and customer orientated. I will only say that my stylist lacks a tender feeling in his treatment of my head and hair during washing (neglecting the hair at the nape of the neck) and tends to rip hair and occasionally hit me with hairdryer! i want this comment to be anonymous, but it would be worth while mentioning that the scalp is incredibly sensitive, and my hair is brittle and precious. I don't want to pay to be man-handled.”
