“I've been visiting Anne Veck's Oxford salon for 2 years now, and I'm always impressed with the service I receive - everyone is friendly, the salon itself is a nice clean environment, and my stylist Kelly is great. She always listens to what I want and does a great job, and I always look forward to my appointments as a treat, rather than a chore! I would definitely recommend Anne Veck Oxford to my friends and family.”

“I have already answered this once! Emanuel is good. But it would be much better if you had one of those infra-red curved setter machines that stand as high as your head instead of just letting the colouring lotion dry naturally. I find it does much less harm to older hair if you have the lotion on for a shorter time through having the machine.”

“This was my first haircut with Anne Veck and it was brilliant. Jowita is an excellent stylist and really listened to what I wanted, then created it perfectly. Although I had the cut a few weeks ago, a few people have remarked upon what a great cut it is. Thanks!”

“Always pleased with the result here. Relaxed atmosphere and really helpful staff. Am never made to feel rushed and always get great advice about how to look after my hair. One very small niggle: on days when Ann is not in the salon there is often a lot of gossip among the staff. It can unintentionally make customers feel uncomfortable to have someone chatting and giggling above their head.”

“For a long time I've been disappointed walking out of hair Salons, not quite getting what I've wanted. I've visited Anne Veck twice now and I've felt fabulous when I walked out! My particular stylist, Suzie, just understood exactly what I wanted and more! It's a lovely atmosphere and am always greeted with a smile and a warm drink. I won't be changing my salon any time soon. Thank you to Anne and the team.”

“I came for a cut and blow-dry with Kerry; she was lovely and chatty, very friendly and accommodating and was able to give me some great advice about a style for my hair type and different products to use. I also received a lovely head massage and was brought a hot drink as soon as I arrived. Excellent service and I will definitely come back again!”

“I have been using Anne Veck Hair Salon in Bicester for quite some years now and go nowhere else. It's always a pleasure to have Aneta do my hair and she is very accommodating to fit me in, even when she is fully booked - where else does that? What I like is the friendly atmosphere, the warm welcome received and the most excellent service provided by Aneta herself. Cannot rate Anne Veck Salon high enough. Looking forward to my next appointment.”

“Ok, so overall I'm happy with the haircut and it's been my third visit but I think you need to seriously improve on the customer service. The language some of the staff members use to speak to the customers is just out of place. It's embarrassing really. Plus I'd made an appointment and upon the arrival i was told it wasn't on the system so had to wait an hour just so someone could squeeze me in. Again, I like your hairdressers but people behind the reception desk and other helpers need improvement.”

“Had not been in for 2 months, and my hair resembled a haystack! Morgan put it right with another perfect cut, and took the time to research my requirements from previously. Young girl (sorry, didn't get name) who washed my hair went out of her way to be courteous, polite and chatty.”
