“Really love my new hairstyle. Morgan has done a great job. I honestly think this is the best haircut I have ever had and look forward to returning. Morgan was really friendly and helpful - she gave me lots of tips on how to look after my hair, what products to use and other things to consider. 10/10.”

“On my recent visit in Bicester I was welcomed as usual by the polite lady in reception, I did not have to wait long as Maria was available and able to see to me. I was offered a drink and told what was available, the latte was lovely. Maria was as professional as always and I asked for her opinion on a style I had in mind and as usual Maria has never disappointed. Hair looks fantastic would not go anywhere else, never left disappointed. All the staff are friendly and courteous.”

“Have not visited in over 10years as I live in France, but spending some time in Oxford thought that I must go and get my hair done. As always the salon was pristine, fresh decorations and a real professional feeling. Staff were attentive and helpful. Although the proprietor was not present you could feel her presence in the way the staff behaved etc, always a good sign of a well run enterprise. I also thought the prices were good. Next time I am back in Oxford I will treat myself again. Thanks.”

“Great haircut and colour. Hairdresser spent quality time and did a very good job. Would have loved to have had the massage chair for a hair wash but it was busy. Any chance all three could be a massage chair?!”

“I have especially enjoyed the consultation - to be able to talk to somebody who understands the concerns of individual clients (age, shape of face, lifestyle) is particularly important. The listening skills and then the very new suggestions were incredible. I am so very happy with my new style and the untried before, colour of my hair. It makes me look younger, more energetic - it has really uplifted my spirit. Thank you very much Anne Veck!”

“Excellent service by Anne: - listened to my concerns and how I really wanted my cut and style, and honestly suggested if that's possible and in what way she can make it possible - took great care of me by asking me numerous times if I'd like a coffee or tea - explained every product she used in detail - gave some tips on how to style and take care of my hair at home - the result: exactly how I wanted it, and exactly how she said it would look I am overall very pleased with the result and would recommend Anne to everyone as she is a very polite and nice woman who listens exactly to your concerns about your hair and how you actually want it to look like. What I appreciated most was that she was being honest and told me that she cannot (in my case) bleach my hair too much as it will be damaged - so, she took care of my hair and was completely honest of what she can do to my hair and what not. Merci, Anne!”

“Love this place. Staff are enthusiastic, fun and smart when it comes to hair. Been a client for 3 years and never had a bad cut or colour. Great atmosphere, competitively priced. Highly recommend this salon no matter what age you are.”

“Maria is wonderful. Cut and colour were sensitively and skilfully managed and she is lovely to spend a couple of hours with. A really interesting lady with a big personality. The salon is tidy and clean and well managed. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“I come every 3-6 months and have been to different staff, usually I am very satisfied, especailly when seeing Tia or Anne. This month I saw Kelly and sadly was very dissatsfied with the cut, it made me look very mumsy and not myself, but ther was nothing otherwise wrong, she was polite and profesisonal, but I didn't like the outcome at all, probably just a matter of different tastes. I wonder if there was a way to better discuss the type of look one is after before the cut?”

“I put through a complaint about a haircut I had in the Oxford salon early 2015 due to being burnt on the side of my face, left with an itchy scalp and almost had an earring ripped out. I never received any response to this which was quite disappointing and though I recently went back to the salon it was only specifically with one of the hairdressers that I had experienced before in 2014. I would in general recommend your salon to anyone but from this experience and having no response to my compliant I am much less likely too and not sure I want my regular appointments with you anymore.”
