“I had Allister do balayage and a trim on my hair it looked amazing. He did a beautiful job from start to finish. Listened to me and was super attentive. I came in with boring brown hair and left with gorgeous highlighted colour and a beautiful style.”

“Excellent service. I had to cancel my first appointment at very short notice but the salon was very accommodating and understanding, so thank you. Also, moving to a new area and finding a new hairdresser can be daunting, but I was immediately put at ease by Suzie who understood instantly what I wanted and needed. Great colour and fantastic cut. Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. Thank you Suzie.”

“I was very disappointed with both my hair cut and the customer service. Needless to say I will not be going back and I will definitely not recommend Anne Veck to any of my friend's.”

Why not use this last one- I'm very confident you'll have a great appointment! Even though you have received a great deal including free cut and blow dry and colour services, we always try to provide the same level of great service to everyone! “Aneta did a great cut on my hair, I love it!! She did an amazing blow dry on my unruly, curly locks and I had an excellent consultation re my future colour with her. All the staff were friendly. Can't wait to go back and get my highlights done soon. Thank you Aneta”

“Excellent. I have been going to Anne Veck and seeing Tia for around 5 years now and I always get a great cut and colour. Tia is a genius when it comes to colour and when it comes to cutting curly hair. I would definitely recommend This salon.”

“I had my hair cut whilst working in Florence, and it was not a good experience. Fortunately, when I explained to Emmanuel what happened, and what I hoped to achieve, he was able to correct the issues. I now feel more confident about my appearance, and have learned a valuable lesson - I will not 'cheat' on my stylist again, no matter how long I am away! Emmanuel always listens to what I want, and provides excellent customer service.”

“A very busy and very hot salon, it was hard to hear what the stylist was saying. Otherwise, the cut was simple and stylist did it OK.”

“The staff dealt so kindly and compassionately when I brought my 13 year old god daughter who had been pulling her hair out due to her mother having breast cancer and having passed away only that week. They pulled all stops out to help and advise her. I cannot thank them Enough”

“Can not recommend Anne Veck enough! Had a great experience and everyone was very professional and nice. It's an upscale place so I would say it isn't cheap, but you absolutely get all the value out of your money. I definitely recommend Alistair as he restyled and coloured my hair exactly as I wanted.”
