“Friendly and welcoming... I was pleased with the colour - every confidence in Rebecca Salon in transition so not seated in usual place ... ie when hair cut by Netta - but all ok”

“I have long very curly hair and have had several disasters over the years with hairdressers that claim to know how to cut curly hair but actually can't. I dealt initially with Natasha by email asking questions that were important to me. I wanted a hairdresser who knew curly hair, was happy to cut it dry and ideally knew the 'Curly Girl ' way. Natasha was very helpful and recommended Emmanuel. ( Unfortunately when I arrived for my appointment I was informed that Emmanuel was ill but I had been assigned another stylist. I was annoyed because I had not been informed of the change prior to my arrival. The replacement stylist ( Allister) was very nice and apologised several times but did not cut hair when dry so I decided to rebook. I was promised a discount and received this with my actual appointment. I am happy to give 5/5 as the error was dealt with in a friendly & professional manner). When I returned to the salon Allister greeted me with a friendly smile. Emmanuel was wonderful. He had had a 'Curly Girl' when he worked in Paris and was happy to dry cut & co-wash. He checked how much hair I wanted taken off using my hair & his fingers and stuck to it. He was clearly very passionate about hair- a 'hair geek' ( His words)- check his competition photos out. I left the salon with my hair freshly cut & curly- not frizzy or uneven. I am really happy to return and have booked my next appointment.”

“I visited for the first time having not had my hair cut in years. When I popped in to enquire, Tia sat down with me and did a full consultation there and then! She was so insightful and gave me tips based on what she thought would look best with my colouring - she didn't try and bully me into anything, which is so important. On the day, Morgan cut my hair into a fantastic bob and did the most gorgeous caramel blonde balayage!!! It is exactly what I was after and she listened and was so attentive, telling me what she was doing so that I could understand. The entire experience was great, and everyone from the receptionists to the guy who washed my hair were lovely. I highly recommend this salon, and a HUGE thank you to Morgan for such a terrific job.”
