Guys on the desk are helpful and also ask questions like 'have you thought of this, or this' which is really helpful for those that haven't thought of all possibilities. Prices are reasonably competitive but even better that sometimes the special offers are bang on good value. Overall, lucky to have KBM in our area, keep up the good work folks.”

“Superb customer service. I needed to get a low profile vent for my roof... And there's loads of different types! Rather than guess and make a hash of it. A simple photo sent got me a reply from Jeff the MD suggested that it could be one of 2 models that would work depending on the measurements. He's gone and measured the actual thing to confirm that it would fit. Outstanding service that you would only get from an independent supplier with in depth knowledge on hand. 10/10 would use again.
