“Ordered a large bag of granite chips and both communications and delivery were perfect. The prices are very competitive and that’s with a delivery to south of Banchory. Well done KBM 👏👏”

“Excellent service: able to enter online an order for materials late on a Friday, then pop into Forres branch with amendments to that order on the Monday morning, yet all materials were nicely delivered 1st thing Wednesday morning with these being deposited clear from the drive entrance, to the one side, allowing continuous easy access whilst slowly working thru the 2.5 tonnes of various ordered materials. With trying to get everything laid during a limited timeframe, the quick delivery & thoughtful placement was much appreciated. Thank you. Douglas Burghead.”

“I like to "buy local" where I can. Keith Builders are friendly, helpful and their products are exceptional value. They offer fantastic service and I must give a good shout to the guys who actually deliver the heavy stuff. On several occasions they have managed to offload large tonnage sacks of sand, gravel and topsoil exactly where I have asked and with good grace despite the awkward space in which they have to work and the need to avoid blocking a single track lane. They have done all this efficiently and quickly whilst still being careful and, most importantly, using common sense. Result: happy customer!”

“Bought some Type 1 sub-base from KBM and also tried GPH. KBM is more expensive (that's something to be more expensive than GPH) but quality of product is far superior (no big rocks like GPH) and customer service exists at KBM (GPH didn't reply to an email I sent them re. delivery and no phone call contact etc. Phone contact and quick delivery from KBM versus comparatively slow delivery and just an email from GPH. I wouldn't normally have tried GPH because they're very expensive and after this I certainly wouldn't again. I would definitely use KBM again because in their case you get what you pay for”
