“No signs on box saying fragile handle with care, not enough packaging inside, at £36 just for postage I would have thought it would be packed better, sorry but its not are fault doesn't pass with are company as if packed better wouldn't have had a problem as pictures show”

We are sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged however as discussed prior to posting, we advised of our concerns about sending a concrete blockend ridge through the post due to previous issues with damages. However, as you insisted, we proceeded with posting the item and took every precaution to package it securely. We understand your frustration but we feel it is unfair to place full blame on KBM when we had already voiced our concerns and followed standard packaging procedures. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our processes where possible.

“It didn’t happen! KB was supposed to contact me when the paving sand was ready to collect. No such contact was made thus no purchase could be made. I’ll try again later this year”
