“Ordered Range Cooker from John Lewis who contracts delivery and installation to yourselves. I did not want installation only delivery however you could not deliver after 15:00 on a Wednesday or after 13:00 on a Friday. You were not prepared to find alternative ways of delivery so I had no option but to cancel order. John Lewis were no help either. You need to specify that you are not able to deliver after 15:00 on. Wednesday or after 13:00 on a Friday. 1 star rating is 1 Star too many from me.”

“A triumph in the face of adversity - fog had closed the Dartford bridge but your team drove through London to get to me. They then found the existing electrics had been fitted incorrectly but over come this to make sure we had a working oven - we have been without an oven for 5 weeks! Team were very polite, clean and went above and beyond.”

“I found Pawel and Tony who delivered and planned to install my oven fantastic. They had a cheerful manner and were very helpful in explaining what they would do and how. After inspecting my item they also help identify a fault which i had missed. They were tidy, informative and cheeful throughout. I hope i get them again!!”

“Quick telephone call to book in delivery and installation - installers called when they were an hour away - installer service was excellent guys were very knowledgeable, clean and tidy and made sure everything was safe and working before they left.”

“Ryan and Ryan delivered my new range master cooker yesterday and I was impressed with how they carried the cooker in using body slings- no trolley with dirty wheels as I expected. They were professional and polite and the appliance was delivered and installed very quickly. Great job, thanks.”
