“The engineer Pawel and his assistants George where very polite and professional. They came earlier than expected and exchange the hob very smoothly without making any mess. We would like to thank you for providing such good service”

“Powell and George delivered our smeg range on 7the March 2028 . Their day was delayed considerably as they had to stay and move the gas pipe and then after all that the cooker would not fit. They kindly agreed to continue with outger customers and come back to us to connect it to the gas once we had arranged a stone mason to trim the granite worktops. These chaps deserve a medal for their patience and customer service. It would have been disastrous if they had left us without a connected cooker range . Thank you Powell and George .”

“They inadvertently delivered the wrong machine and were very good at putting the old one back and making sure that fittings etc were all good before they left. Pawel and George were extremely patient given that they had already had a bad day of other deliveries..”

“Ryan and Lee arrived on time. The old cooking range was removed and the new one installed in 30 minutes. No unsightly wrapping was left. Very efficient and highly professional.”

“This morning Steve (white coffee no sugar) and Steve (white coffee 2 sugars) collected my broken fridge and delivered a new fridge at the time they said they were going to come. They stayed long enough to make sure the fridge was functioning and did it all with minimum fuss and smiles.”

“Phoned to say they were on their way, made contact found out where the items had to be stored, delivered the items to the right place and off they went. Nothing seemed to be too much effort . Ryan and Lee, pleasant lads.”
