“Jordan & Dale came and took our Rangemaster out as carefully as possible and again bought the new one in and put it in to place. They took away all the packing and were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them and they are a credit to the company.”

“Jordan R. and Steve S. have just come to install a replacement Miele coffee machine and their customer service/ care was excellent. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very diligent and polite. Top marks and thank you for your help.”

“The two man installation team were excellent- courteous, efficient, and very helpful. But before that it took the administration team one week - and then only after chasing - to phone us to let us know that they had received our firdge for delivery and installation. Suggest that phone call should have been no more that two days.”

“Mark & Sean came and delivered and installed my new cooker, Mark found a gas leak in my boiler which I am grateful about because I had no idea about the leak. Both were very polite and professional.”

“When first delivery came they did not install it or take other one away as they said they were not trained to do it. Had to wait a week with new oven plonked in middle of my kitchen then found the oven was damaged. Today Steve arrived with a new oven which he fitted and took the damaged and old one away.”

“Although the engineers were two hours later than the anticipated arrival time, they were superb. They were polite careful respectful of the space they were working with and extremely competent. Having been advised that it would take about an hour, they were through in 11 minutes. If only all service was as good as this!”

“Steve and Steve delivered and installed our Zanussi oven. I can’t praise them enough. They were so very professional , courteous and very helpful. They explained everything thoroughly. We will always request them to make our deliveries of any future appliances we purchase from appliance direct. Bharti”

“Jack & Sean contacted me morning of delivery to advise arrival time which they kept too. Friendly, informative and efficient tidying up after themselves and removing all rubbish. Apart from my lovely new Rangemaster you wouldn't know that they'd been here!”
