“Our delivery guys were Pawel and Simon. They were extremely courteous from start to finish. They were professional, efficient and took great care with their work. They highlighted a couple of small defects with the product, explained who to call to rectify them and noted everything on their paperwork. Great job!”

“Polite, professional, friendly. Why can't all delivery co's be like this? Andrew and Jason made delivering my range cooker into the kitchen, through a narrow hallway look like the easiest thing in the world.”

“Although the team arrived a bit too early for my liking (7.30am) they were well pre-pared to install our new cooker and remove the old one. They were courteous and explained what they were doing and where they needed access. The job , which was a little tricky due to a confined site, was completed smoothly and they cleared away all the packaging and offcuts together with the old stove. Attention to health & safety was paid at all times, including a complete check-out of the whole house gas supply before and after installation. Highly recommended for heavy, large or complex appliance installations.”

“I cannot speak highly enough about my dealings with Kaboodle. After an appalling experience at the hands of British Gas Insurance, Kaboodle have been absolutely outstanding service. In a world of phone-line automation and where customers are treated as an inconvenience, both Ben and Julie at Kaboodle have been nothing short of exceptional. They are an excellent example of how all customer service should be.”

“We have just had the most courteous and professional delivery/installation team fit our Rangemaster. We were as promised telephoned prior to their arrival and both chaps were polite, friendly with a no fuss installation. Out fitter was Ryan W. Well done Kaboodle for excellent customer service.”

“Perfect gentlemen,very helpful,made a special effort to get to us ASAP when advised that we needed to be at Exeter hospital. Made a good clean and tidy job of fitting the cooker and taking the old one away, not easy with a big range cooker and they had to connect to the gas and electric, but very quick and efficient.”

“Ryan & his "co-pilot" delivered our Rangemaster cooker today. Not only did they carry this enormously heavy appliance down many many steps in the pouring rain, they carried the old one up the many many steps in the pouring rain too! They actually completed the "exchange" before I had managed to clean the kitchen floor! They were efficient, professional and amazingly cheerful despite our extremely challenging location. Thank you so much for a job well done.”
