“I've recently completed two orders with Jump and have been very pleasantly surprised with the detail and effort they put into dealing with their orders - all boxes were hand wrapped in coloured tissue paper and accompanied by a hand-written thank-you note. Plus, they have some great offers!”

“I discovered Jump shoes when searching for a specific make of shoe for my toddler. I bought from them initially because the price was the best online at the time. Now I’ve come back again because the service was so good and will continue buying from them as my daughter needs new shoes! Lovely items, great service, quick postage and great packaging (avoiding a load of plastic which I hate)!”

“We ordered our son’s shoes online for the first time - the gauge was very easy to use, accurate and the Jump staff (especially Marsha!) were so helpful. As always, Jump have a brilliant selection of shoes and the customer service was excellent. Our son is now zooming around the park in his new shoes! Thank you!”
