“I purchased a pair of Boston clogs which were dispatched within 48 hours and well wrapped They were half a size too big, my error! I returned them for the smaller size which were dispatched within a day of receiving the larger pair. Top Marks for Jump. Highly recommended.”

“Jump Shoes is an incredible small business and the kind of business that we need to support. In December I ordered a pair of Dubarry boots from Jump. After realising that I had ordered the wrong size. After a quick e-mail the team at Jump corrected my mistake without any drama or fuss. When the boots arrived the standard of packaging and care that was taken to wrap them was clear for the eye to see. A fantastic team who really 'get' both customer services and competitive pricing. Well done!!”
