“Jump Shoes is an incredible small business and the kind of business that we need to support. In December I ordered a pair of Dubarry boots from Jump. After realising that I had ordered the wrong size. After a quick e-mail the team at Jump corrected my mistake without any drama or fuss. When the boots arrived the standard of packaging and care that was taken to wrap them was clear for the eye to see. A fantastic team who really 'get' both customer services and competitive pricing. Well done!!”

“A great experience. It was the only place I could find the sunglasses I bought in Joshua Tree on holiday and promptly destroyed by walking into a lamppost when I got home. Love that Jump stocks rare, sustainable brands and their parcel came with a personal note which I really appreciated. Have bookmarked their site as I will be buying again in future. SHOP INDIE!”

“We travel from London to visit my parents in Newcastle and always make sure to stop by Jump for shoes for our toddler. The staff are always so helpful and knowledgable. They take so much care to check that our son’s shoes fit properly and are so friendly and warm. Wonderful selection of shoes. Thank you!”

“Love this shop! I live too far away to pop by in person, but website is easy to order through and great communication to keep me updated on my delivery. Everything was beautifully packaged and you can tell care was taken to make online shopping as much as an experience as in store would be with lots of personal touches.”
