“Purchased a bracelet and unfortunately, a stone fell out on the first wear. I contacted customer services and within 24 hrs, they replaced the bracelet with no issues. Naturally, I have to provide proof of the faulty bracelet and I must say, they customer care service and speedy delivery were both 5 stars. I have purchased many items from Jon Richards and will continue to do so. Fantastic company. Thank you.”
