“I've been asked by the company to revise my review. Hopefully they will improve processes based on feedback received. I would also recommend not asking for a review for products that have not yet been despatched if honest feedback is problematic.”

“We live in the USA and first discovered Joe & Seph's at a food festival in London, and then later on BA flights we were on. Have loved them ever since, but only purchased them when in the UK until just recently. Shipping to the US is a litle expensive, but we bought the max we could for the lowset shipping price and it wasn't all that bad --- and they were a rave hit with everyone with whom they were shared. What a treat. Delivery was timely and something we'll no doubt use again.”

“Although we have not tried the advent calendar yet (13 November), I think it will be as good as always. :) I bought J & S Advent Calendar earlier (more than once) and it was always tasty, delicious and well packaged. The calendar is nice, the popcorn is always absolutely tasty, we love it so much.”
