“Quality product and phenomenal customer service! I purchased the Gourmet Microwave PopCorn Kit as a Christmas gift for my husband. He is a caramel and popcorn aficionado. We discovered a printing error in the USA version of the instruction pamphlet for the baking temperature (conversion to Fahrenheit) after burning the first batch. After realizing this, we made the second batch correctly and it turned out absolutely delicious! When I notified Joe and Seph’s of the issue, I was impressed how swiftly, thoroughly and pleasantly their customer service representatives responded to this concern. Fabulous customer service in this day and age of automated impersonal service needs to be highlighted and commended! I definitely recommend this product and plan to purchase it again!”

“OK good products nice cocktail flavours, a bit sweet and had a few bits at the bottom of the whiskey pack. The box was dented on one side again but fast delivery and family did enjoy them.”

“I am so disappointed and angry about the three glass jar popcorn which still hasn't arrived at my address yet. I made an order on 18th Dec (order confirmation: ref. 727063). I was planning to give this popcorn to my lovely friends and family as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, Christmas ended and I still haven't received it. I will never buy anything from this company anymore.”

“I love the bundles, I buy these for my mum. She can't eat gluten and normally anything gf is plain and bland or costs an absolute fortune. But these fancy popcorn's she absolutely loves! A must have for any birthday or Christmas gift...and I may buy a couple for myself in the process 😉”
