“I am a returning customer after all the excellent experiences I have previously had with the product and the company. Unfortunately my experience is poor this time. When I opened the package the glass jar was already broken. I had contacted the company on the same day I received the package. No response as of today.”

“Came across this company through my previous employer when given a hamper inside was some popcorn not being a big fan of popcorn liked the look and enjoyed the taste even more so I enjoyed reading the story behind the company also”

“Unfortunately although the popcorn tastes good, the order I received had a missing item. I contacted Joe and Seph's via their contact form and later by email. I am still waiting for a reply and to receive my missing item which is already paid for. One dissatisfied customer :(”
